Joel Scales is our Executive Vice President, Jamieson Worldwide, Global Strategy and E-Commerce, responsible for leading our corporate strategy, worldwide team and the expansion of our ecommerce capabilities globally. Since joining Jamieson in 2015, Joel has progressed through several leadership roles within insights and marketing, until his most recent position leading global marketing and strategy. Prior to joining Jamieson, Mr. Scales held a number of insights roles at Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo Foods. During this time, he worked across a variety of different industries including pharmaceuticals, beauty care and food/snacks. Mr. Scales holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
